Dry Aged Beef: 1/4th Share
Though we offer a variety of individual cuts, buying our beef by the quarter share is a great way to stock up and fill your freezer in a more affordable way.
The cuts in a quarter beef are processed in a small local USDA abattoir and dry aged for 14 days for optimal flavor. As always, our cattle are humanely raised on pasture on our Wisconsin farm, and are never confined to a feedlot or administered hormones and antibiotics. Cuts are individually vacuum-sealed, labeled, and ready for your freezer.

(6) New York Strip
(2) Packages of Short Ribs
(2) Sirloin Steaks
(1) Package Flank Steak or Skirt Steak
(2) Flat Iron Steaks
(6) Assorted Roasts (Chuck, Rump, & Sirloin Tip)
(2) Soup Shanks
(4) Packages of Stew Meat
(1) Package of Marrow and/or Knuckle Bones
