Our cattle are raised by our family on our small Wisconsin farm, the way that nature intended. You should know where your food comes from and we believe in doing just that: connecting our customers to the family and the farm that raises their food.


    Dry-aged 14 days to further concentrate and enhance the depth of flavor.
    Humanely raised on lush Wisconsin pasture and never confined to a feedlot.
    Grown using regenerative farming practices.
    Never administered hormones or antibiotics.
    Finished on grass and a soy-free barley ration from Karben4 Brewing, a perfect marriage of recycling and animal husbandry.
    Processed at a local family-owned USDA butcher.
