Estimated cost for a half hog (85-100 lbs hanging weight x $3/lb) is $255-$300 to Fischer Family Farm. Processing costs to our butcher are $100-$130, depending on which options are selected.
Estimated cost for a whole hog (170-200 lbs hanging weight x $3/lb) is $600 to Fischer Family Farm. Processing costs to our butcher are $200-$260, depending on which options are selected.
