Custom Beef Share Deposit

Select from the following options below to build your custom beef share! We require a $100 deposit when you place the order, with the remainder owed on delivery.

Estimated cost for a quarter beef (180-200 lbs hanging weight x $3.50/lb) is $630-$700 to Fischer Family Farm. Processing costs to our butcher are $150-$180, depending on which options are selected.

Estimated cost for a half beef (360-400 lbs hanging weight x $3.50/lb) is $1260-$1400 to Fischer Family Farm. Processing costs to our butcher are $300-$350, depending on which options are selected.

If ribeye steaks are selected, please specify thickness and number per package in the fields below. If prime rib is selected, please specify boneless or bone-in in the dropdown. Standard thickness is 1" for all steaks.
